About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating quality leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound enquiries related to overseas education programs.
Explain study abroad prospects, courses, universities, and admission processes.
Schedule appointments for counsellors and follow up with interested candidates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.




Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure seamless student support.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Any Graduate (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
0–2 years of experience in Tele calling, Customer Service, Sales, or the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
