We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team.

The Talent

Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using advanced sourcing strategies, including X-ray search, Boolean search, and other cutting-edge sourcing techniques, to attract top talent.

Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
Utilise multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, skilled networks, and referrals.
Apply advanced search techniques such as Boolean strings, X-ray search, and specialised sourcing tools.
Proactively map talent markets and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Screen profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and pass qualified leads to recruiters.
Maintain sourcing metrics, dashboards,



and reports to track progress.
Stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends.

Requirements
1 to 4 years in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Certifications in sourcing/recruitment (e. g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) will be an added advantage.
Solid experience in X-ray search, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of market intelligence and talent mapping.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in sourcing for IT/Tech and non-tech roles.
Exposure to global recruitment and GCC hiring.
