Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems using Python.
Build compute and I/O-intensive applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system throughput.
Design solutions to handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend architectures.




Build and maintain backend services utilizing databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
Drive engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

Must-have Skills
5+ years of backend software development experience using Python in production environments.
Robust foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and System Design .
Experience designing and scaling compute-intensive and high I/O backend applications.
Strong expertise in Distributed Systems , concurrency, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse (or similar databases).
Experience building scalable, highly available backend services.
Good understanding of CI/CD , software development lifecycle, and engineering best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience building fintech products or financial systems.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Education Btech from Top IIT/NIT/IIIT Only
