Role Description This is a part time Structural Engineer role based in Faridabad, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility.

The Structural

Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for building and infrastructure projects, prepare calculations and technical documentation, and review drawings for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects and civil engineers, developing CAD models and structural details, assisting with design revisions, and participating in project meetings.



The role also involves supporting site teams with structural queries, contributing to quality assurance, and maintaining consistent communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical design problems.

Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including load assessment, member design, and code-based checks.

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing structural drawings, models, and detailing.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and construction practices.

Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in design.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present technical information clearly.

Prior experience in consulting or design office environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
