About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement in a rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Provide general HR and recruitment support as needed

Key Responsibilities:




Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up on interview feedback and maintain hiring trackers.
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
Ensure timely documentation and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
