Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information via phone calls.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling or sales is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a team workplace and meet sales targets.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales strategies is preferred.
