We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and drive the overall business operations across the assigned state. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Gold Loan/NBFC sector with proven leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities: Drive overall business growth and profitability across the state.

Manage and monitor branch performance, productivity, and target achievement.

Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and field teams.

Develop business strategies to increase Gold Loan portfolio and market share.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and operational standards.

Monitor branch audits, risk management, and portfolio quality.

Analyze MIS reports and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations.

Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams. Requirements

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector, with proven experience in a Regional Manager or equivalent leadership position.
