We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. This is a fully remote position suited to someone confident on the phone, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Explain our services clearly and handle customer queries
Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly targets
Maintain call records, follow-up trackers, and sales reports in Excel
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales ([2–3] years preferred)
Strong track record of meeting sales targets




Excellent spoken and written English; [Hindi/regional language] a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filters)
Must own a personal laptop with a secure internet connection
Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
Self-motivated with solid follow-up discipline
