for Structural Steel Modeler Skills Required
3D Modeling using Tekla Structures; building and using custom components, project setup and creation of templates
Study the scope of work, customer specifications and contract drawings
Estimate effort and determine time required for completion
Identify gaps, raise queries, prepare RFIs, seek clarification from the client and follow-up on pending customer inputs
Review RFI responses, interpret, evaluate adequacy (and close RFI)
Ensure completion of work allocated as per set timelines
Ensure and adhere to documented standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions Desired Candidate Profile
4 + years of experience in structural steel modeling with Tekla Structures and AISC standards
Experience in both Structural and Misc. is mandatory
Candidates must have worked on US projects Educational Qualifications
B.E. or B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Job Location
