The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and following up with candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review and evaluate resumes against job descriptions and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, location, compensation, and work authorization.
Maintain and continuously develop a solid candidate pipeline.
Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pool.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Work closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Delivery Managers.
Stay updated on US staffing terminology, employment types, market trends, and recruiting practices.

Required Skills




1+ years of experience in US IT / Non-IT Staffing or Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process .
Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
Positive understanding of US time zones and geography.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
