We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about our services. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
Pleasant voice and confident speaking skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
