Key responsibilities
conduct detailed counselling sessions with students and parents based on validated lead information.
-Analyse student goal,pain points,financial considerations,and timelines to recommended various country. -Handling difficult customers and critical objections related to fees,trust ,timing,competition ,and placement outcomes professionally.
-Drive admissions closure through structured follow-up with minimal escalations and explicit next-step communication.
-Ensure all counselling and follow-up activities are accurately documented in the CRM.
-Minimum 2 year of experience in admissions counselling,sales.
