Education - Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) with 1 to 4 years of experience
Responsibilities -
Partnering with business heads to firm up the limits for omnibus approval of related party transactions.
Putting up formal proposal to Financial Management leadership and ACB/ Board for getting approvals towards transaction limits for related parties
Monthly and quarterly monitoring of Related Party transaction vis-à-vis the limits approved followed by formal update in the form of dashboard, notes for noting of Audit Committee of Board
Proactively flagging off situations where transactions approaching limit breach for remediation by way of ratification / revision to limit
Query resolution from Related Party framework perspective for Business units ahead of their potential partnership / transaction with Related party.
Facilitating independent firm appointed to check ( akin to Concurrent Audit) if related party transactions were at arm’s length pricing terms
Timely submission of Stock Exchange reporting for Related Party Transaction
Managing business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Assist in audits and monitoring internal controls.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Review of ICOFR Controls on reporting.
Implementation of recommendations ( if any) by Concurrent Auditor, Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor
KPIs -
Valuable at project Management skills analytical, communication (verbal and written) skills & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience in monitoring framework, Audit experience (Internal, Statutory)
Should be tech savvy and have an eye for detail.
Should have learning acumen
