Talent Manager – Primary Responsibility The Talent Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators on the agency's exclusive talent roster. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, driving creator growth, and maximizing brand collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities 1. Creator Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and source creators aligned with the agency's vision.
Reach out via calls, DMs, emails, and referrals.
Pitch the agency's value proposition and convert creators into exclusive signings.
Complete contracts, onboarding documentation, and profile setup.
Collect all required information including media kits, rate cards, content samples, and social insights.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and transition into talent management.
Talent Management
Act as the primary business point of contact for assigned creators.
Handle inbound and generate outbound
Coordinate brand campaigns from briefing to successful execution.
Ensure creators meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.
Resolve creator concerns, negotiations, and operational issues.
Maintain regular check-ins and ensure high creator satisfaction and retention.
Work with the sales team to identify suitable campaign prospects for each creator.
Key KPIs
Number of exclusive creators onboarded.
Creator retention rate.
Monthly revenue generated from assigned creators.
Creator satisfaction and relationship quality.
Average response time and issue resolution.
Maintaining healthy outbound - inbound ratio
