Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tele Caller Fresher role based in Recent Delhi. The role includes making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing Vinr products, and explaining benefits and offers clearly and accurately.

The Tele

Caller will handle inbound queries, provide product information, and assist customers with basic order and service-related questions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining call records, updating customer details in the system,



and following up with leads as directed by the supervisor. The role requires working closely with the sales and customer support teams to meet call targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and listening skills, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.

Basic customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving simple concerns, and maintaining a helpful attitude.

Comfort with using phones, computers, and CRM or call-logging tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to different customer profiles.

Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet daily call and follow-up targets.

Minimum high school diploma; college-level education is an advantage.

Fluency in Hindi and basic to good English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Prior telecalling or customer interaction experience is beneficial but not required; openness to training and feedback is essential.
