What You'll Be Working On

This isn't a traditional HR internship. You'll work across hiring, business development, client management, operations, and founder projects giving you exposure to how a rapid-growing business operates.

Research potential clients and support business development initiatives.





Learn how founders hire and what makes excellent teams.

Client & Candidate Success

Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.

Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.

Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and senior professionals.

Operations & Process Excellence

Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards.

Improve internal workflows and identify process bottlenecks.

Ensure every search runs efficiently from sourcing to offer.

Research & Market Intelligence

Track hiring trends across India's startup ecosystem.

Map companies, competitors, and emerging talent pools.

Use LinkedIn and other platforms to build strategic talent pipelines.

Founder Projects

Work on high-impact business initiatives as priorities evolve.

Support cross-functional projects across recruitment, sales, operations, and strategy.
