Role Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls (Not Cold Calls) .

Generate and qualify leads.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations.





Maintain CRM records and call logs.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service for smooth order processing.

Qualifications

Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, more the merrier.

Customer-focused mindset.

Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Robust organizational and time management skills.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, cookware, or FMCG industries is a plus.
