Key Responsibilities
Support AVD setup.
Implement and follow ITSM process.
Comeup with improvement plan and initiate discussions with customer for continous improvements.

Proficient In Azure VD And Windows Settings
Solid Understanding Azure Virtual Desktop and support.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills
Effective Team Leadership And Mentorship Capabilities
Solid Communication Skills To Liaise With Clients And Stakeholders
