Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential participants.
Explain Flying Femme's pageants and training programs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly.
Manage CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Male/Female candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
