We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Talent Sourcing Intern to support our recruitment team by identifying technical talent, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate records in our recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple technical roles.

Identify and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.

Conduct Boolean searches, talent mapping, and market research.

Ensure candidate data is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Required Skills

Robust internet research and sourcing skills.

Valuable written and verbal English communication.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided).

Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms, and spreadsheets.
