Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting Sparkwave’s digital and social media services, and converting leads into sales.

The Telesales

Specialist will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, maintain call records, and work towards individual and team sales targets. They will collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns, refine sales pitches,



and provide feedback from customer interactions to improve offerings. The role also includes building long-term client relationships and ensuring a positive brand experience during every call.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
Proven Sales skills with experience in telesales or inside sales.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and build client relationships.
Ability to provide or participate in Training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing services is an advantage.
Comfort working with call management or CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prior experience in a telesales or call center environment is preferred.
