Tender Preparation
Review tender notices, bid invitations, and contract documents.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare tender documentation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and bid submissions.
Ensure all required documents are complete and submitted before deadlines.
Cost Estimation
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Compare vendor quotations and select the most competitive offers.
Analyze project costs and identify prospects for cost optimization.
Technical Evaluation
Study technical specifications and contract requirements.
Identify project risks and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and project teams for technical inputs.




Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination
Invite quotations from approved vendors and subcontractors.
Evaluate commercial and technical bids.
Maintain a database of suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms when required.
Tender Documentation
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Compile compliance statements, method statements, and supporting documents.
Ensure bids comply with client requirements and company standards.
Contract Review
Review contract conditions and identify commercial risks.
Clarify tender queries with clients or consultants.
Assist in preparing contract negotiations and post-award documentation.
