Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting The Cube Club’s offerings, and converting inquiries into bookings for staycations, events, and celebrations. The specialist will follow up on leads, maintain call and sales records, and coordinate with the operations and events teams to ensure accurate booking details.

They will respond to customer questions,



provide clear information on packages and services, and support guests through the booking journey. The role also includes meeting sales targets, sharing feedback from customers, and actively contributing to improving the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and deliver a positive guest experience.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to clearly explain offerings, packages, and booking details.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, upsell services, and achieve set targets.

Candidates should possess Training capabilities to learn and adapt to recent scripts, processes, and service standards.

Prior experience in telesales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.

Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or call management tools.

A diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
