Prepare release notes, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
Review, edit, and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Ensure documentation follows company standards and style guides.
Manage document version control and maintain documentation repositories.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and visual aids where required.
Support product launches with comprehensive technical documentation.
Mentor junior technical writers.
Lead documentation projects across multiple products.
Improve documentation processes and content management systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
