About the Role

PVR INOX is looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cinema's electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and facility systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
Repair and replace electrical fittings such as lights, sockets, switches, and circuit breakers.
Maintain HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, plumbing, and heating systems.
Inspect and maintain fire alarm and safety systems.
Carry out general maintenance activities, including painting, carpentry, lock repairs, and minor civil work.
Coordinate and perform pest control activities as required.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards.
Report technical issues promptly and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.

Eligibility
Education: 10th/12th Pass




Technical Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related trade.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Experience in multiplexes, hotels, malls, hospitals, or commercial buildings will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
