Job Summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Chennai. We are looking for professionals with 2–5+ years of experience in end-to-end US IT Recruitment who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Responsibilities
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals.




Meet recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Requirements
Experience: 2–5+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Robust understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners is preferred.
Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
Willingness to work US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
