We are looking for a Tele-caller who is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and support sales activities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team
Need to convert the qualified leads, Daily reports has to be shared with team lead
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM or database.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate - UG
6months - 2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, dialing systems)
Customer-focused and positive attitude
