Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective guests and travel partners.
Promote resort packages, seasonal offers, and corporate bookings.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and follow up with potential clients.
Coordinate with the reservations and sales teams.
Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or hospitality sales.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Valuable computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Salary
₹8,000 per month (depending on performance attractive incentives )
