Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote e-commerce products, services, discounts, and special campaigns.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, abandoned carts, and promotional offers.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or e-commerce sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
