Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Visa Process Associate with hands-on experience in immigration processes for multiple countries. The candidate should have working knowledge of Australia PR , Work Visas , Germany Opportunity Card , Germany Work Visa , and other global visa categories.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
Handle application filing for
Australia Permanent Residency (PR)
Australia Work Visas
Germany Opportunity Card
Germany Work Visa
Other international visa types
Review eligibility and guide clients on required documents.
Prepare accurate forms, checklists, and submissions.
Coordinate with clients regularly for updates and missing information.
Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy procedures, and policy changes.




Maintain proper records of cases and update internal systems/CRM.

Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in visa/immigration processing.
Basic to positive understanding of Australia PR process (EOI, SkillSelect, points system).
Experience in handling Germany Prospect Card or work visa applications is a plus.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Preferred Skills
Experience in an immigration consultancy setting.
Familiarity with CRM or case management tools.
