Internal Job Posting (IJP) – Project Manager / IT Manager – Online/Digital Credit Cards

Department: Credit Card-Marketing HO

Location: Mumbai

Grade: M2 to M4

Reporting To: Outbound/Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Credit Card business and technology projects.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners.
Track project progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Support implementation of current products, features, process improvements, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and project governance standards.

Skills Required
Robust project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.




Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Management, or related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in Project Management, IT Delivery, Business Analysis, or related roles.
Banking, Credit Cards, Payments, or Financial Services experience preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Credit Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Fintech domain.
Vendor management and cross-functional project coordination.

Product launches, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
