5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in PowerBuilder Role Overview: As a Tech Lead – PowerBuilder, you will lead technical initiatives, resolve critical product issues, and ensure seamless support for customers. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and solving technical problems, providing feedback to product development, and contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, isolate, and resolve product problems or bugs.
Research and address technical issues, including mission-critical support requests.
Provide customer and support feedback to product development regarding product features and supportability.




Resolve escalated technical issues and manage customer concerns as needed.
