Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials in your area of expertise.
Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Engage with students during office hours or scheduled sessions for mentoring and academic support.
Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with full time faculty.
Provide input on curriculum development and updates based on current industry or research trends.
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
Support academic events, guest lectures, and industry collaborations.
Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in the relevant discipline.
Significant qualified experience and/or academic expertise in the subject area.
Proven teaching experience, preferably in higher education.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Flexibility to work within the academic calendar and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Published research or industry contributions.
Experience with online or hybrid teaching methods.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
