Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain customer details and call records in MS Excel.
Update daily call reports and maintain proper documentation.
Achieve assigned calling targets and performance goals.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.




Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Customer handling skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling customer calls.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
