Role & responsibilities
Identify and evaluate relevant tender prospects through various portals and registered sources.
Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and RFQs to determine technical and commercial feasibility.
Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Projects for bid preparation.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors for cost estimation.
Conduct tender review meetings and support bid strategy, including go/no-go decisions.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender specifications, and company policies.
Assist in contract clarifications and commercial negotiations with clients.




Maintain records of tender submissions and monitor bid status until project award.
Track tender performance and provide recommendations to improve bid success rates.
Stay updated with industry trends, market pricing, statutory requirements, and tendering practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
34 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or bid management.
Experience in engineering, EPC, process equipment, manufacturing, or construction industries will be preferred.
