We are looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day technical and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and organizational skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Manage schedules, meetings, and operational documentation.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and other operational records.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
Support technical teams with routine operational and administrative activities.
Identify process gaps and assist in implementing process improvements.
Handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of technical/IT operations is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valuable follow-up and task-management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively with different teams.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn, with the ability to coordinate effectively between teams and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
