· Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
TENDERING AND ESTIMATION EXP COMPLULSORY
EXP:2+ YEARS

· Maintain a list of eligible vendors, particularly for upcoming bids. · Compilation of wide-ranging input to create a more competitive bid document

· Monitor deadlines

· Checking on evaluation and contract negotiation

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

· Communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc.

· Assemble and maintain internal procurement documents about the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions.

· Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents and related information following the completion of the tender.

· Prepare status reports and projected timelines for tenders regularly, as needed.

· Coordinate and communicate with Financial Services. In light of the company’s evolving and changing demands and prospects during this early stage.





· Prepare & upload the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid including BOQ.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in tendering regulations and requirements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve the tendering process.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in tendering, preferably in the same or related industry.
Education : B.Tech/Civil
Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations and requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering software.
