The role requires solid IAM architecture and implementation expertise, coupled with stakeholder management and client relationship-building capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement IAM solutions covering IGA, Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, and Identity Lifecycle Management.

Lead IAM transformation, migration, and modernization programs across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Drive architecture governance, security reviews, and technology roadmaps.

Work closely with client stakeholders, business teams,



and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Build and strengthen client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and support business growth opportunities.

Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across engagements.

Professional & Technical Skills: 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.

Hands-on expertise with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.

Robust knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.

Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Ability to work from client office 5 days a week and manage client-facing engagements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).

This position is based at our Gurugram (Client Location Based).

A 15 years full time education is required.
