Manage the complete tendering process for service-driven brownfield projects.
Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Develop project cost estimates and ensure timely submission of competitive bids.
Analyze project specifications and customer requirements to create winning tender proposals.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams for successful bid preparation.
Provide technical support during the tendering process and participate in customer discussions when required.
Ensure accuracy in technical proposals, commercial offers, purchasing, cash flow, and project risk assessment.
Maintain consistency across projects by leveraging previous project experience, lessons learned, and contractual requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes, tools, and estimation practices.
Lead and guide team members while ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)
710 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within Secure Power or Services Business
Solid knowledge of Single & Three-Phase UPS, Cooling Systems, Batteries, Battery Monitoring Systems, and related spare parts
Experience in UPS modernization, retrofit solutions, data center infrastructure, and asset digitization
Exposure to Digital Solutions and Cyber Security is an added advantage
Excellent communication, planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Prior experience in Marketing & Tendering for Electrical Distribution and Service Business is preferred.
