Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to employee exit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational support.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
Coordinate campus hiring, internships and referrals.

Employee Onboarding
Complete joining formalities and document verification.
Conduct induction and policy orientation.
Coordinate asset allocation and HRMS updates.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Support payroll inputs.
Ensure HR policy compliance.

Employee Engagement
Organize engagement activities.
Address employee queries and grievances.

Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and appraisals.
Maintain performance records.





Compliance & Statutory Support
Support PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
Maintain audit-ready HR records.

Training & Development
Coordinate training programs and maintain records.

Exit Management
Handle resignations, exit interviews, F&F; coordination, asset recovery and exit documentation.

HR Documentation & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR policies/SOPs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (BHRM/BBA HR/BA/B.Com with HR specialization) or an equivalent graduation in Human Resources from a recognized university.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience 13 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations. Freshers with solid HR internship experience may also be considered.
