Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to support our logistics operations by handling customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Provide shipment updates and logistics service information.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for issue resolution.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/MIS systems.
Follow up with clients for business conversion and service feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn.
Comfortable with MS Office and calling tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Preferred Skills
Experience in logistics / supply chain industry (added advantage)
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
