Role Description The Telecaller – Fresher role at Vaktel is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide information, clarify queries, and promote company services as per scripted guidelines. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of calls, update customer details in internal systems, and follow up on leads as directed by supervisors.

Daily tasks include handling customer interactions professionally, meeting call targets,



and adhering to company policies and quality standards. The role also involves participating in training sessions, cooperating with team members, and providing feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hindi, with robust listening skills.

Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls, with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

Basic computer literacy, including ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call management software.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions and scripts accurately.

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantage.

Reliable time management skills, punctuality, and readiness to work from the Gurugram office full-time.

Prior internship or brief experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not required.
