Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Night Shift International Process)
Internship Duration: 3 Months + 3 Month
Experience: Freshers (2024, 2025, 2026 Pass-out)
Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Business/Marketing preferred)
Performance Expectations
Minimum 150 outbound calls per working day.
Generate 5 qualified leads per month.
Incentives shall be paid only for qualified leads approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to review the internship based on the Intern's performance and adherence to the prescribed KPIs.
About the Role We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International IT Sales & Business Development team as interns.
This role includes a structured training program designed to build solid skills in IT sales, lead generation, and client engagement. High-performing candidates will be offered a full time position (PPO) upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential international clients and key decision-makers
Assist in lead generation through email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Qualify leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives
Maintain and update records in CRM tools
Support the creation of sales presentations and reports
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
