Hiring Requirement – Tele-Collection Agents We are hiring 80 Tele-Collection Agents for Regional-Language collection processes.

Language

Number of Openings - Odia - 20 Tamil - 20 Malayalam - 20 Assamese - 20 Bengali - 30 Candidate RequirementsFluency in the respective regional language is mandatory. Basic understanding of Hindi or English will be preferred.

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary; graduates preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Experience in tele-collection, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, fintech or customer service will be an advantage. Candidates should have positive communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on a dialler or CRM are required.

Candidates must be comfortable working with collection targets. Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers regarding pending or overdue payments.



Explain outstanding amounts, due dates and payment options. Obtain and record Promise-to-Pay commitments.

Follow up on pending and broken payment commitments. Update all call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system. Handle customers respectfully and professionally. Escalate disputes, complaints and vulnerable-customer cases to the Team Leader.

Follow company, client and regulatory collection guidelines. Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
