Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Telecaller to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan inquiries, and help them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain personal loan products, features, eligibility, and interest rates.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Collect and verify customer documents.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
