Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for wastewater treatment service projects, plant upgrades, AMC, O&M;, refurbishment, and retrofitting.
Review customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to identify project requirements.
Develop process solutions involving ion exchange systems, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), demineralization (DM), softening, ETP, STP, and ZLD systems.
Coordinate with process engineering, procurement, operations, and sales teams for costing and proposal preparation.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, pricing strategies, and commercial documentation.
Support the sales team with technical presentations, bid clarifications, and customer discussions.
Participate in technical negotiations and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Maintain proposal documentation, standard templates, and cost databases.
Identify value engineering prospects to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Monitor tender submission schedules and ensure timely completion of all proposal activities.
