Jester.inen is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. As a designer at Jester.inen, you will collaborate with our product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative and user-friendly designs for our website and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
Create intuitive and user-centered designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, for both web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improving design process and tools
Conduct usability testing and gather insights to inform design decisions and improvements
Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including user-centric design, interaction design, visual design and prototyping
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
