Healthfirst Technologies is seeking a agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Coordinate with business, development, QA, and client teams.
Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in IT project management.
Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Solid problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
Experience in healthcare or product-based projects is preferred.
