Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production operations in the frozen food sector.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and optimize production processes for vegetables and fruits.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
Lead and train production staff, fostering a productive work workplace.
Manage and oversee the production process of frozen foods.

Experience:




15+ years in production management, preferably in the frozen food industry or related sectors (vegetables and fruits).
Knowledge of maintenance processes is a plus.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Engineering/Mechanical, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficient understanding of food processing methods:
Air Drying (AD)
Freeze Drying (FD)
Individual Quick Freezing (IQF)

Soft Skills:
Excellent man-management and leadership skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
