Role & responsibilities
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Set-up sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
Strictly follow-up hourly production.
Lead all production staff from the front and having positive command on them.
Achieve maximum production with lowest cost keeping best quality.
Guide IE team for increasing productivity.
Should have good command in operational excellence.
Accountable for the overall factory P&L;, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile
Good leadership from mid-level to lower level.
Quick decision making skill in any situation.
Should be technically sound.
Well-disciplined and productivity focused.
Problem solving approach.
Good inter-personal skills.
Must be proactive in his approach & attitude.
Sounds positive Technically and Analytically.
Positive knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel/Word/Power Point.
Team managing capability.
